Rapid Fault Diagnosis Method of Elevator System Based on Multiattribute Decision Making

Fault tree analysis is often used in elevator fault diagnosis because of its simplicity and reliability. However, the traditional method has problems low efficiency due to ignoring location change bottom events during troubleshooting. This paper proposes a rapid based on multiattribute decision making solve problem. The system constructed expert knowledge multisource data, location-related matrix according complex vertical structure elevator. Then, attributes such as failure probability, search cost, time are comprehensively analyzed this paper. Finally, TOPSIS for dynamic work above achieve optimal troubleshooting sequence vibration fault. results show that proposed more efficient when compared obtained by method.
